   Both are on all the major legitimate Apple II ftp sites, such as
apple2.caltech.edu and ground.isca.uiowa.edu.

   However, with all the quirks that can happen, you may need some
help in getting them up and running.  I wrote a rather large section
on downloading the two for the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked
Question (FAQ), posted to this newsgroup on the first of the month, as

   You'll want to read sections 5.11-5.13 of the FAQ, and probably a
few more in 5.* which covers all sorts of information about
downloading.  You'll need a ProDOS boot disk to start unpacking and
using Binscii and Shrinkit; if you don't have that, your best bet is
to go to section 10.2 of the FAQ and get Steve Cavanaugh's address for
the $3 5.25" disk including ProDOS, Binscii, Shrinkit, and a few comm
programs.
