HFS floppy to PRODOS FST copy corruption:need help

Hi,
I recently acquired a IIgs ROM 01 machine, and equiped it with:
-Sirius 8meg RAM card
-ZipGS 7/32
-Apple HighSpeed DMA SCSI card
it also has a 800K floppy drive.

My boot volume is PRODOS which is a 32mb partition of a 200 Mb HD.
The second partition is a 168Mb HFS partition.

I installed System 6.0.1, the GUPP patch and the HFS patch found in
"patchhfs.shk". (tips found on the excellent Nathan Mates webpages)

Problem description:
When copying a <archivename>.SHK file from a HFS floppy to the PRODOS
volume, and then trying to deshrink this SHK file on the HD with GShrinkit
(v1.1),
GShrinkit says the archive is DAMAGED.
The info says that the original archive on the HFS floppy and the one on
the PRODOS volume contain the same number of bytes.
The strange part is that when I use GShrinkit to deshrink the original
archive which resides on the HFS FLOPPY, EVERYTHING works just fine. The
archive is NOT damaged.
I also tried to copy the archive resides on the HFS FLOPPY to the HFS partition
on my HD, but GShrinkit also says that the archive is damaged when trying
to deshrink it from the HFS HD.

It seems there is something goes wrong when doing a:
HFS FLOPPY --> PRODOS HD copy
and
HFS FLOPPY --> HFS HD copy.

Am I missing a most important patch here ?
Any hints and tips are greatly appreciated !
Please also email any replies.

Thanks in advance.

Sinceraly
