   That means that the disk was formatted for ProDOS, but the OS is
either not present or corrupted on disk. See if this disk boots on
another Apple II. If it boots, then there's probably a hardware fault
(dirty disk heads) in your system. If not, then the OS is missing or
corrupted on disk. Either boot off another ProDOS disk and then insert
this one, copy the 'PRODOS' file from another working disk, or
otherwise get the system up and running.

   If you have no disks with a bootable ProDOS on them, then you can
either call 1-800-SOS-APPL to try and find a usergroup near
you. Alternatively, you can contact Steve Cavanaugh for a copy of
ProDOS-- he has a $3 modem disk with all sorts of comm software, etc.
