This would be done by typing the following at your UNIX prompt:

lynx -dump http://www.cc.ukans.edu/info/HTML_quick.html > howtohtml.txt

and you can use the howtohtml.txt file however you want, including
printing it on the UNIX system or downloading it, importing it into
Appleworks, etc.

Hum, I use <p> at the _beginning_ of my paragraphs...

Oh, and yes, I do use <br> where appropriate.  :P
