Each text editor can also be used to create html files. Just have a
look at a few html sources and you will quickly find out what the
different tags mean. I have learned to create web pages with the
book "Mosaic and Web Explorer" by Urban de la Jeune, others may
be good, too.

I was hoping that someone would create some kind of
AppleWorks or text template, kind of questionaire with all those
control characters provided where you just fill in the details
to make it work.
