   This information is detailed in section 5.* (specifically 5.11 and
5.12) of the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), with
the official version located online at

more sites. Or, drop by section 10.2 of the FAQ for Steve Cavanaugh's
$3 5.25" disk which includes these and a few other pieces of software.

   Short answer: from your local *legitimate* Apple II ftp site, such
as ground.isca.uiowa.edu or apple2.caltech.edu. You won't want to miss
the FAQ's extended explanation of getting them up and running, as both
Macs and IBMs can muck up downloads that pass through them.
