   Yeah, and they're promoting a rather outdated A2 ftp site
(uky.edu), while ignoring the largest (ground), I've emailed them
several times about the csa2 FAQ set, etc., to no avail.

   Out of date, out of mind. Guess their webmasters have better things
to do like put up the latest propaganda on the front page while the
guts of the web site are decaying.
