Which is why I mention the RamFast, the SecondSight, and the Focus.
Some people are still making Apple hardware so why not a modem?  :)

That is a good point.  Back in my college days my prof would bring his
14.4 to school with him every day because the school didn't own anything
quite so fast (this was 1990 afterall).
