IIe Card Mac HD partitions

I have a Macintosh LC II with an Apple IIe card.  The IIe card manual
says that I can use up to four partitions, but I cannot find a
version of the Mac Disk Tools that will create more than two.  After
two ProDOS partitions, that choice is removed from the menu.
Does anyone know how to get more than two ProDOS partitions on
a Macintosh hard drive?
Ideally, I'd like to have about eight 32MB ProDOS partitions on
the drive.  I am willing to buy special partitioning software
or even a new drive.
