All,

Quality Software are the folks that published "Understanding the Apple
][" (and //e), as well as Worth and Leichner's "Beneath Apple
ProDOS".  I had contact with them about 7-8 years ago when I purchased
the ProDOS-8 v1.3 supplement to BAP.  At that time, they kept office
hours only one day per week:

At one point, Brady Books published their cataloge, FWIW.  Good luck
chasing this down!
