Woz, like Steve Jobs, did what anyone with a lot of money would do -
_exactly_ what he wanted! He decided that education was important, so he
got a teaching degree and taught elementary school. But he's also a damn'
fine engineering mind so he also ran a computer R&D company called CL9
("Cloud 9"). 

At the _very_ least, having him back at Apple makes me and many other
admirers of the Woz think more kindly about the company. His
long-established desire to make Apple even more of an R&D company than it
was may get communicated to Gil Amelio, which is also a good thing.
Finally, having Jobs in the organization without Woz's practicality as a
counterweight might not be a good thing :-)

IMHO, of course. I know neither Steve personally.
