Transwarp IIgs is a power hog! You need a 150 watt IBM-style power
supply, resurrected for the Apple IIGS.
Read my article, POWER BOOSTING THE IIGS" in the Fall 1996 issue of
JUICED.GS newsletter. I will send the article by request. You are
welcome to copy my design. I have shipped 80 units since last April!
IIE/II+ version available at SAME PRICE. With 150 watts, power shortage

Mention whether you have SECOND SIGHT or RAMFAST, because these require a
simpler model of power unit, lacking the "no-load auto-off" feature.
