I uploaded one such disk image at:
http://peterwong.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/MassStorage.zip

I created a few such images a while back and have ones for AppleShare
on ROM1, AppleShare on ROM3, Marinetti/MacIP on ROM1, Marinetti/MacIP
on ROM3, and Marinetti/Uthernet.

The MassStorage.po image above has SCSI and CompactFlash drivers that
you can remove if you need the space and don't need SCSI/CF. If you
know which IIgs ROM you are going to use, you can also remove either
TS2 or TS3. The image only has the ProDos and HFS FSTs, and some of
the Tools removed.
