It seems partially good to me, although I suppose you're the one who
deserves satisfaction, not me. Personally, the concept of a person who
would email you and say "I downloaded the software, but I'm not going
to pay for it" (as is implied by your message) makes me more sick than
the fact it was downloaded in the first place.
