Download the official distribution of disks from Apple, install by
booting the 'install' disk and running Apple's official installer.
Tried, tested, true method of installing correctly.
As noted in the comp.sys.apple2 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
section 9.*, the official distribution is 6 800K disks in size, and
can be found at ftp://ftp.apple.com/dts/aii/sys.soft For downloading
