Help- how to fix GS Mothrbd RAM?


I have a Rom 01 IIGS that apparently has bad RAM on the motherboard.
It has a brand new 4 Meg expansion card- so I'm pretty sure it's on the
motherboard. 2 separate utilities have confirmed this for me. Can anyone
recommend the best way to rectify this problem? (without buying a Rom 03
:) )  I am not experienced in y kind of electrical work- so what I am
looking for is if any0none knows a good place to get this fixed at. Thanks,
