ImageWriter LQ on IIgs

Latest addition to AppleRetrospective is an ImageWriter LQ.

What's the best way to get decent output - at the moment it looks worse
than my IW II - and I have ALL font sizes loaded (as was necessary on the
Mac, but the IIgs doesn't seem to look for matched sizes for the DPI at
all. 10pt definitely isn't 10pt)

BTW - still looking for US model computers for my musem. Apple are
taking an interest (and I don't mean they're suing me for my
iffy AppleRetro logo either :) ).
