1) Wow, an actual computer with the Blackout virus. I've never seen one
before.
The way to fix -- hold down Ctrl-Apple-Option and hit Reset. Your
BRAM settings will be reset to default and you should be able to boot
from there.
2) Your power supply is bad. Call Alltech to buy a replacement.

3) Your computer is dead, and only a major rehaul can recover it. Get
a professional to completely look over it, or, possibly cheaper, get
a reconditioned computer.
