IIC ALPS KEYBOARD: How to lubricate sticky keys??

Someone from the Navajo reservation has delivered to me a IIC with ALPS 
keyboard.   About half the keys are sticky.  (This is the late-model 
keyboard with metal black-painted plate ----- NOT the el-cheapo IIc 
keyboard from Atlanta photocircuits with plastic brace.)

I once ruined an ALPS  Apple Keyboard II with WD-40 sprayed into the keys.

What material should I use to clean the sticky keys on this ALPS IIc 
keyboard?
