Stymied ! (Yes I have read the FAQ)

I inherited a IIgs recently. I did not know much about it, so I read the
FAQ.
Since it came with no system software, I downloaded the .bsc files from
ftp.apple.com/aii/syssoft etc. to my Mac.
How do I get these on floppy to boot the install disk (I presume) on the
IIgs ? I can format ProDOS disks on the Mac, and I have 3.5" DS/DD and
5.25" disks.
More specifically, How do I un-binscii and un-shrink and load the disk
images I downloaded to the 3.5" disks using the Mac.
