AppleWriter printing from IIgs

There is a patch to AppleWriter to allow it to print from the IIgs serial
port. After all this time, I don't remember if Don Lancaster was the
source of the patch, but I'm certain he has the details. He wrote a book
with a bunch of neat patches and modifications for AppleWriter. I had fun
with it.
