well, if you're on a MAC it's even easier...  xgs-mac now includes a
utility to make .xgs images into diskcopy images...  then you don't even
need to *touch* a nufx archive (thank god)...  just shove an 800k disk in
your mac and you're off...

now, if you don't have a mac _or_ a pc, and you're just using your gs,
maybe it's time to upgrade, or find someone that has one (shouldn't be too
tough)...  =)
