Apple makes a lot of logic board and processor upgrades.
Even Winel machines arent upgraded from PC XT's to 486's.
There are plenty of IIe and IIgs emulators for Macs and Wintel boxes.
W95 sucks. I can get Macs running on the net, or new drives ataache or
new software loaded in tenths of the tie it takes to d any of that to a
W95 machine....
BTW, you can run sytem 7.5 on a Plus (although Ive found 7.1.1 with a
few extensions is the best). Can you run W95, or even 3.1 on an XT or an
AT.
