If you've got 2 megs of memory (sorry, I don't know how much the PC
transporter has) you can run standard mode.
Windows 3.1 does not support real mode at all. Windows 3.11 (aka Windows for
Workgroups) does not even support standard mode.

I'm not aware of any significant program that will run in real mode. In fact,
I'm only aware of a small handful that will run in standard mode, nowadays.

By default, it has no CGA driver at all. You can download a 640x200 black and
white driver from Microsoft. Quite frankly, it looks like crap (as you can
imagine). I'm not aware of any way to run Windows in 320x200 anything.

Oh gadzooks! 640K? Definitely only 3.0, and you won't be able to run
anything but solitaire.
