Dave, this printer is a DeskJet, but unlike other DeskJets, you
DON'T need third party drivers like Harmonie to use it.  The
DJ1200 is a Postscript printer, which means it will work with the
included System 6.0.1 LaserWriter driver.

Black and white only.  It might also have an HPL mode, in which
case it will print in color with Harmonie drivers for lower DJ
models, but at the cost of resolution (still 300dpi or greater,
though).
