Appleworks setup help needed

I picked up an old version of Appleworks at the local Goodwill the other day 
and want to use it on my Apple //e.  The problem is I only have 5" drives on 
the //e and the box only contained 3" disks.  Now, I can copy the files to 5" 
disks using my //gs and the manual says you need two 5" disks, a startup disk 
and a program disk.  If someone can tell me which files are used for startup 
and which should go on the program disk I could start using this on my //e.
