Can anybody confirm or deny the existance of p.395-396 in the
latest edition of the //c Technical Reference Manual?

Byteworks' master copy is missing that page; I am wondering if Apple
lost that page when turning it over, or if it is a page-numbering error
in that edition and it never existed.
