Pick up the glass from around the shattered escape pod. When you get to
the gate, type "USE GLASS" to reflect the beams and burn out the gate. 
I had SQ about ~eight years ago, when I had an Apple ][c and IIgs.  The
IIgs sucked (just mine) -- it kept getting Fatal System Error 0911 all
the time.  Replacing the aux. RAM card helped (it also cured the problem
with the computer sometimes crashing into the monitor with a "bong"
sound).  The spiel was that a few mem. locations could not hold values
and reverted to 00's (00=HLT = crash out of programme, for those
uninitiated).  Anyway, that computer was a lemon.  I guess I deserved it
-- I wanted one and my dad bought one at a computer shop that was a
display model and was being sold at a "super discount" price.  You get
what you pay for, eh?
