Help with broken Audio Animator?

Greetings, simple question for anyone out there with an
Audio Animator:

On my card (1989, "REV C" on the back), the capacitor
labeled as C5 (just below a chip near the top of the card,
inbetween the molex connector and what looks to be ROM)
has blown out. Zapped. Fried itself. The only noticable
difference in operation is that I can no longer record in
stereo. 

Can someone tell me what kind of capacitor this is (I can't
read mine as it's become cacked with white goo) so I can
replace it? Thanks.
