ZZCopy?

I d/l'ed the ZZcopy shrunken 800K disk from Ground or Caltech.  I
can't get it to run with/without the write-protection switch, on a
//c, or on a IIgs.  The most I ever got it to do is say "F.U.C.K.
Smartloader 1.2" or something like that.  How do I run it, and what is
it?  A disk copier?  (Judging from the "F.U.C.K." part, I'd guess it's
a bit copier ;) )
