Hmm.. seems as if you have a pirated beta version ;-) Forget this thing,
it's full of bugs. You may try to move the level files to the official
demo, name them 'FirstEscape' and try to see what happens... Same for
the sounds file...

By the way, I am pondering about a way to support Logicware once they
have released the final version of Wolf3D. Would it be a good idea to
buy a copy of a version for another system? (This would have the
beneficial side effect of giving box & manuals,too). Or will the most
money go into licensing fees, and a donation directly to Logicware
would be the better solution?
