Where can I find Prosel utils?

I also need some way of getting files from a Mac or PC into
the SG.  For example. . . I downloaded the Shrink util from
an ftp site, and I cannot get it on the SG.  I don't have
a modem on my SG.  How can I get files on there so the SG
can use them?
