My earlier post/email today mentioned something: there are only 2
internal powersupply + HDs for the Apple II series, namely the AE
Vulcan or the AI InnerDrive. Each has its own controller card. Figure
what kind of drive it should be, and you'll know which card to get.

I would like to correct Mr. Mates. There is a company in Florida
called Space Coast Systems Inc that marketed a hard drive in a power supply
for the A2 computer line. It had a HD power supply and a 20 meg HD all in
the PS case with a small ribbon vable exiting to a proprietry interface
card. I picked up a unit at a flea market and found that the drive mech was
def. It was the same size as a SCSI drive so I replaced and am now using it
in a GS in a 2e case which is a nice package to take to user meetings as
all I have to carry is the CPU box and a LCD unit for the viewgraph
projector.
