As Henrik mentioned, the Vulcan is IDE rather than SCSI, but if you
only want to reuse the enclosure it shouldn't matter.

The first thing is to get a copy of the Apple II SCSI FAQ -- there's
most likely a copy available from Nathan's A2 resource web page.

The SCSI drive should fit into the Vulcan case, but you'll have to
replace the ribbon cable; I don't think the vulcan uses a 50-pin
cable.

If you are having multiple devices on your bus, then ensure they're
all daisy-chained together.  You cannot (reliably) have a T on your
bus unless it's less than 10cm (about 4") long.  Don't forget the
termination.

Other than redoing the Vulcan case and cable (and trying to find
space for everything), I wouldn't expect any more problems than those
normally associated with SCSI.
