ClockWorks info plz (2)

        Hiya!  I just came across a Micro Systems Research 'Clockworks'
(rev 3.2) card -- like new, no wear on the gold fingers or dust on the
card itself, so I'm free to assume the battery is still alive.
 
        So what can you cybernauts tell me about this card?  I would
like to use it in one of my //e's and thus would benefit from knowing
the following three things:
 
 -- Could someone please send/point me in the direction of the time
     setting program?  (The card is ProDOS compatable, yes.)
 
 -- Bank of 8 dipswitches, what are the functions?
 
 -- The 16 pin "aux port", what is it for?  Further data on it like
     how to get a replacement doohickie to plug into it, should it
     have a purpose I would use it for, also appreciated.
