weirdness in firmware.

Firmware is also a cause of incompatibility in the Laser 128 and Apple IIgs
- in both cases some programs that fail can be made to work by installing an
Apple ][+ ROM on the language card and then running the program with the
language card banked in.  This is where I got the idea; but I figured
perhaps it could be implemented as a ROM and without the loss of Apple //e
functionality in the //c.
