You need a disk copying program.  Here are a few programs that will
copy disks:

System Utilities
ProDOS User's Disk(?) (use the program FILER on it)
Copy ][+
DOS 3.3 System Master (Use the program COPYA on it)
AppleWorks 3 (Use the program FASTCOPY which is on the AW disk, but
       not choosable from within AppleWorks)
AppleWorks 4
Locksmith
Lifesaver (the way it recovers disks can be used to copy healthy ones)
Essential Data Duplicator ("EDD")
Saltine's Super Trans-copy ("SST")
Back It Up
PDQ - Quick Disk Copy
Ultra Fast Copy
