It appears that cyberpromo handled the problem themselves after receiving
complaints. I got an email from them listing the advertisers they had
dropped for various reasons. The one with the hostile disclaimer was
dropped for just that reason. Apparently, cyberpromo does not generate
the advertisements, but only offers a site through which advertisers can
send their junk mail. And they do seem to be responsive to complaints.
