Depends on which version of what program. If you're talking MS
Windoze, 95 is out, 3.0 and 3.1 may be runnable. Basically, the PC
transporter card has a diddly squat amount of memory for PCs (640K
max), and an old slow processor (NEC V30, about the same as an
80186). Windoze 1.x and 2.x [yes, they did exist, and they never get
much mention, mostly because they sucked] will probably run, but
painfully.
Text windows and other things would probably run much better.
