I went to the only possible file (as you related first) in article -

via the following URLS and downloaded the archive via a Mac PPC 6400,
using Netscape 2.0.2 and unshunk it just fine using ShrinkII.

I also ftped it via Fetch - as binary (again on my Mac) and I also saved 
the archive to an 800k ProDOS disk, took it over to my IIGS (ROM 01) and 
used Shrinkit GS to unshrink it just fine - with no problems. I don't 
know what the problem is, but it's got to be on your end somewhere. Hope 
you can figure it out and fix it.
