While you may not agree with Nathan's tone, I can relate to his desire.
I have tried via email numerous times to get various sites around the
world to either update their copies of my Tcl FAQs or remove the
obsolete copies they have stored. In most cases, the sites either
ignore my requests or respond that they don't have the time to bother
with the effort.
Having the files licensed to only be permitted to exist on one site
eliminates the problems that I see regularly.
