If the supply thinks it is giving/getting "bad" power (too high/too
low), the "power good" lead will go high or go low or something,
telling the computer to not use the power supply's juice, lest the
computer get damaged.
I KNEW reading _Upgrading and Repairing PCs_ twice would be good for
SOMETHING!
