"PC Exchange" is now part of the system software.  It uses a version of
the "File System Manager" to deal with the different file systems of
MSDOS and ProDOS.  It works under the Mac File Manager, so it appears to
any program, finder included, as a regular mac disk, drag and drop and
all that jazz.
