Publish it ! and ImageWriter II

I need help with setting up Publish It! on an enhanced ][E.
The program works fine but will not print to an ImageWriter II.
I specified Slot 2 and Grappler as well as ImageWriter all under
the Apple menu and I get a "printer not responding" error.
I assumed that the ImageWriter II by itself has backwards compatability
with the older ImageWriter. Is an ImageWriter II printer driver available
anywhere for Publish It!? Is there any way of tweaking DIP switches or such
to make this work.
The printer is working just fine with Apple Works 3.0. If anyone has any
suggestions, I would appreciate help.
