It should work without any trouble. However, you should know that
you really have little choice but to keep your RGB hooked up too.
This is because the second sight card has trouble with programs that
swap palettes rapidly or move large areas of the screen around quickly.
Of course most "productivity programs" don't fall into this area, but
if you like the occasional game, the second sight card might[1] not
display it acceptably.

[1] and then again, it might. Some games look fine. The worst is things
    like FTA demos - most notably the Split Demo with it's border
    manipulation.

Well it should be great for you then. The area IMO where the second sight
really stands out is text mode display. One more thing is that is your
IIgs is already loaded, you may have to play around with your cards a bit
make the second sight happy. It seems to be a little unstable on IIgs
systems with the stock power supply, stock power connector, and lots of
cards.
