Hey! What's going on here? Is it April 1st already, or am I missing 
something? Connecting a serial printer to a parallel port?????

My news server has dropped most of the past postings, so I have lost the 
thread on this subject. Maybe a parallel-to-serial converter is being 
used??? Or, does the PC paralell port have a serial capability??? 
Otherwise, I do not see how you can hope to drive an IW from a PC 
parallel port.
