I don't think there's any comm program for the IIe that will display
PC-ANSI color emulation. That's because the IIe is not capable of producing
the sixteen colors required at high resolution. It would be technically
possible to do this if you had a second sight card in the IIe, but as far
as I am aware, there is no 8-bit comm program that will use the second
sight card.
