   256x8 chips, 120ns or better. Supports CAS before RAS refresh.
There's probably 20+ types of chip that fall into that category;
I don't think I've seen any form of canonical list of that.

   I'd recommend trying firstly to see if someone has a similar
set of chips to an existing bank. Otherwise, find a set with the above
conditions.
