Booting from drive#2

is it possible ( and how?) to boot GSOS601 from drive#2 like /RAM5?
I have ROM01 GS and Apple high speed SCSI, AE GS.RAMplus.
I am thinking of getting RamKeeper w/o software.
and copy GSOS to /RAM5.
I copied GSOS to /RAM5 using Finder. The boot crashed from /RAM5.
