NumberCruncher will be build

We now have eight seriously interested people for the NumberCruncher
floating point accellerator, so we will build ten cards.
I talked to Andreas Schmidt, he agreed to order the boards and gate
array in January, and I will help him to assemble the cards in 
February.
I will send email to all the people who showed interest.
